3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. ZP Game Shop is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
• You must ensure that the game account or user ID you provide belongs to you or that you have the authority to top it up.
• Your account may be restricted or terminated if we detect fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Orders and Payment

• All prices are shown in Myanmar Kyat (MMK) and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
• Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified after the top-up has been submitted for processing.
• You are responsible for entering the correct game user ID, server, and region. Orders submitted with incorrect details cannot be recovered or refunded.
• Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed before an order is processed.
• Promotional discounts and bonus offers may be introduced, modified, or withdrawn at our sole discretion.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds may be issued only if the top-up fails, meaning the provider confirms the order could not be completed and no credit was delivered to your game account.
• No refunds will be issued for successful deliveries, including cases where the credit was delivered to the game account but not visible to you (e.g., regional or server mismatches, delayed in-game updates).
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of placing the order through our contact channels.
• Refunds are returned to your ZP Game Shop wallet balance unless otherwise agreed.

6. User Conduct

• You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any game publisher's terms of service.
• You agree not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the platform.
• Abusive language, threats, or harassment toward our support team will result in account suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZP Game Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including delayed in-game delivery, server downtime, or game publisher policy changes beyond our control.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
